We are not currently a HIPAA covered entity, because we do not bill health insurance, but we protect your health information to the standard the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) sets.

3. Your rights regarding PHI

• Access: you may request copies of your PHI.
• Amendment: you may request corrections if your PHI is incomplete or incorrect.

• Restrictions: you may request limits on how we use or disclose PHI.
• Confidential communications: you may request communications through alternative means or locations.
• Paper copy: you may request a paper copy of this policy.
• Complaints: you may file a complaint with us, or for a pharmacy matter with the Florida Department of Health, if you believe your rights have been violated. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

4. Collection and use of other Personal Data

In addition to PHI, we may collect and use Personal Data such as name, email address, usage data, and cookies to provide and maintain our Service, improve its functionality, send updates where you have consented, and meet legal and fraud-prevention obligations. We may share Personal Data with service providers supporting our operations under appropriate agreements. We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes.

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

5. Children’s privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to request deletion.

We use commercially reasonable security practices to protect your PHI and Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we continuously review and update our safeguards.
